Series A number series is a sequence of numbers written from left to right in a certain pattern. To solve these types of questions on series we have to find the pattern that is followed in the series between the consecutive terms so that wrong or missing can be find out. Types of series There can be following types of series 1. Prime number series The number series which is divisible by 1 and itself is called a prime number.
